Mission Statement

** The Northwest Saskatchewan Wraparound Group is a Community of Practice (a network of human services practitioners) dedicated to advancing the values and principles of Wraparound through a process of collective learning. **

Leadership

The Northwest Wraparound Group is led by a committed group of champions (Wraparound Leadership Team) who promote Wraparound, organise training and support a community of practice. The group consists of the following members:

Brian Jonsson, Dianne Lauritzen, Kathy Byl, Sherry Fraser, Faith Nash, Gary Nolin, Karen Weran, Shauna Welter, Anne Sloboda, Ken Rutten, Lori Albert and Debbie Kivimaa

In 2009 the NW undertook a survey(northwestwraparound.com/mri_files/survey.doc ) which gives us our direction. The following are the key points:

1. Develop and maintain a network of providers.

2. Regional registry of practioners.

3. Create an awareness and demand for Wrap.

4. Engage agency heads of practice.

5. Share the success.

6. Refresher training.
